Weight Loss Journey

8lb lost in 6 weeks. I haven't been following Dr. Poon's diet strictly by still drinking wine during weekends. Otherwise I could have lost more than 15 lbs. 不過,淨係准食肉(包括魚)同菜真係好辛苦。連麥皮,麥包同全麥意粉或飯都唔得。生果芝士又唔得。菜只係有葉既菜。其它如根部既菜或高澱粉質既西蘭花,椰菜花甚至豆類豆腐都唔得。日日早餐都係食蛋白同凍肉,悶到嘔。真係好辛苦,無乜選擇。Dr. Poon says although I do not weigh much, my body fat % is still high (33.2%). I still need to lose 8.6 lbs to reach 112.8lb. in order to reach a target Body Fat % of 28%. 努力!加油!
