Shit! The scale is up 1.6lb this morning after Hot Pot Dinner last night. Hope it's just the water retention due to the water I drank last night and the saltiness of the food.

Last night the fire alarm ran off again. This is the thing I hate most about condo living. Luckily it was at 8:30 p.m. and not midnight.

It's minus 27 degree this morning. Crazy weather. Too cold to do anything, not to mention exercise.

又話全球暖化,搵笨既。已經差唔多三月啦,仲係得零下廿幾度。今年仲鬼咁多雪添。連香港都成日嚴寒警告。更加攪到我間屋延遲哂。又要到五月中至得。激氣!!!

Seeing the Nutrionist - Sosan


Time to get really serious about losing weight. Not just for good looking but for health. Overall Cholesterol level is high though HDL is max. Visited the Clinic on Sat. and tested for fat percentage and Metabolic Rate. To test the "M" rate, I had a clip on my nose (can't breathe through the nose) but use the mouth to breathe in and out from and to a machine for 15 min. It was quite tough. Almost like deep sea diving. But the nutritionist said I was good. Some ppl even a guy couldn't get through and spent almost an hour for the machine to pick up the reading. Anyway, my "M" rate is normal but body fat % is really high. I was asked to cut down on my favourite beverage "red wine" since it packs a lot of calories. Hope I can hang in there and try to add on some exercise
