Wynn Fitness

Went to Winn Fitness last night. It's on Yonge just 2 blocks away from where I'm living. I have a guest pass from a friend for trying it out for a week. The place is not bad and the changing room look decent and spacious. Equipments are quite new and fine but there are quite a lot of ppl. Most of them whites. Did just hip abductions and lateral pull. Can't do much of the arms due to shoulder pain from operating of the mouse. Did 25 mins stationery bike.
