Stepping into 2009
Haven't visited and didn't dare to visit my weight loss doctor for a while cos there has been no more weight loss and might be some gain due to the holiday feasts and wine. However, got a flu on Jan. 2 with sore throat, fever, diarhea, stomach cramp and vomit. The good thing is I lost what I have gained during the X'mas & New Year holiday. Hope to continue to lose until I reach the ideal weight decided by my doctor which is about 113lb.

Weight Loss Journey
8lb lost in 6 weeks. I haven't been following Dr. Poon's diet strictly by still drinking wine during weekends. Otherwise I could have lost more than 15 lbs. 不過,淨係准食肉(包括魚)同菜真係好辛苦。連麥皮,麥包同全麥意粉或飯都唔得。生果芝士又唔得。菜只係有葉既菜。其它如根部既菜或高澱粉質既西蘭花,椰菜花甚至豆類豆腐都唔得。日日早餐都係食蛋白同凍肉,悶到嘔。真係好辛苦,無乜選擇。Dr. Poon says although I do not weigh much, my body fat % is still high (33.2%). I still need to lose 8.6 lbs to reach 112.8lb. in order to reach a target Body Fat % of 28%. 努力!加油!

Weight Loss Journey
Went to visit my weight loss Dr. Terry Poon yesterday. 5.5 lb lost since Oct. 8 (2 weeks). Yea!!!Will continue on Phase I to lose faster. Since I do not crave sweet food and pasta, rice, Phase I diet is ok for me.

Weight Loss Journey
Referred by my family doctor to see Dr. Poon who runs a weight loss clinic because I have to lose weight in order to lower my cholesterol. Thought I need to pay a fortune to enrol. But no fee at all. I was asked to cut all carbs including 粥粉麵飯,fruit, nuts, not even whole grain rice or pasta. No cheese and of course no red wine. He said if I stick to this, I could lose 5 to 7 lbs. in 2 weeks. I'm going to stick with it and see what happens in 2 weeks.

Frustrating
Soooooo frustrating. Having been taking a 30 min. walk after dinner for a week. Cutting down on carb and wine. Not even half a pound lost. If it goes on like this I might give up. Help!!!!!

Slimming Goal
Promised Sosan (Dietician) to lose 3 lbs by April 5.
Did 30 mins. cardio and 30 min. weight training at GoodLife last night. Gonna do 30 min. cardio tonight at the Gym downstair.
